Prosperity! Fortune!

Second year of the glorious king Kulottuṅga Cōḻa, emperor of the three worlds.

This is the manner in which , Lord of Puttūr, who resides in Pērakaḻi in the kūṟṟam gave a devadāna.

In this Pērakaḻi, which comes as a property kāṇi owned by our father, after having made the installation of a liṅga of Śiva, having built a glorious stone-temple ..., having installed some images such as Viṉāyaka and Kṣetrapāla, having installed glorious images of the Nāyaṉmārs, he gave as devadāna a quarter cey of land in the west of this village and a quarter a quarter cey of land in the east as per this measuring rod.
