Records the grant of Tiruppēru, a hamlet of Tōḻiyūr on the north bank (of the river), with all its taxes, as sarvamānya for the expenses of special worship and offerings on the days of Makhā in the temple of Nalla-Nāyaṉār, for the welfare of Rājā Kōnēridēva-Mahārāja who is given the birudas, Paṭṭu-kaṭṭārirāyaṉ, Vasavaśaṅkaraṉ, Madiyādamannar-maṇa-vāḷaṉ and Kānchīpuravarādhīśvaraṉ.
