DHARMAbase Endowment of a tank and a land for the āṇṭārs (devotees) who recite the Tiruñāṉam in the sacred hall (tirukkaikōṭṭi) of the temple of the Lord of the Rājendracoḷīśvara in Mummuṭicōḻanallūr. The following texts are mentioned: Tiruñāṉam, Tirumuṟai and a text, the title of which begins with Tirukka. (p. 24) understands that the endowment applies to the reciters of the Tiruñāṉam, excluding the Tirumuṟai and the Tirukka.

ttēvaṉ This appears to be an instance where the kompu (-e) is written before a doubled consonant rather than between each single consonant of the doubled consonant, that is tēt for ttē. tirukka kki 's translation is based on the restoration kki.

In the Mēṭa month of the year 419 after the appearance of Kollam, Āṭuvāṉ alias Ālālacuntara-Perumāṉ of Mēṟpāṭi living in Kaṅkaimaṅkalam alias Maturōtayap-perunteruvu in Kuṭa-nāṭu, a subdivision of Śrī-Pāṇṭi-maṇṭalam, gave for providing to the āṇṭār chanting the Tiruñāṉam in the hall tirukkōṭṭi (p. 23, fn. 1) notes: tirukkaikkoṭṭi seems to refer to the hall in the sacred presence. kōṭṭi is derivable from Skt. gōṣṭī (assembly). kōṭṭi also means 'the tower of a temple'. of the temple of god Śrī-Rājendracōḻēśvaramuṭaiya-Nāyaṉār of Tirukkōṭṭāṟu alias Mummuṭicōḻanallūr in Nāñci-nāṭu, the following tank and land.

The four great boundaries of the tank called Ālālacuntaraṉ-ēri, which I have purchased in Āntāykkuṭi alias Rājendracōḻanallūr are as follows: the western boundary is to the west of the western hedge of the field called the northern Pañcatāṅki-viḷai, and to the west of the eastern hedge of the southern Pañcatāṅki-viḷai; the southern boundary is to the north of the field called Tēvaṉēṟi-vayal; the western boundary is to the east of the sluice of the Peruvēḷaikkuḷam; the northern boundary is to the south of the road peruvaḻi.

The land and high ground viḷai comprised within these four great boundaries were exempted from tax, and I, Ālālacuntara-Perumāḷ of Mēṟpāṭi stipulated that the produced from the land was to be enjoyed and rice was to be provided to those whose chant the Tiruñāṉam, exclusiveTranslation based on the restoration tirukka kki. of Tirumuṟai and Tirukka.
