This is the manner pāric' āvatu, in which, We, the members of the assembly of Uttirameruccaturvvedimaṅgala, made a deliberation / settlement vyavasthai, according to a royal order śrī-mukha-p paṭiAlternatively: "according to a royal order sent to / of / concerning our village"., Tattanūr Mūvēntavēḷāṉ sitting with us, as per order āñai-y-iṉ-āl, so as to establish iṭuvataṟkuLiterally: "to put"., from this year onwards, in our village, as committees vāriyam-āka, one time oru-k-kālum per year āṭṭu, the annual committee samvatsara-vāriyam, the garden committee tōṭṭa-vāriyam, and the tank committee ēri-vāriyam.
