Sircar, the editor of the Epigraphia Indica volume in question, who interprets it as a variant of one found in Kuṣāṇa inscriptions, and refers to : 150, n. 3.°ikhākuṇaṁ°ikhākunaṁgimha-The form of the akshara meant to be mha is not regular: 191. Cf. EIAD 52, l. 3.natukena vaira-The na seems ambiguous, perhaps because the engraver started to write the v of the following syllable.saghilenasaghilenabhaginiyabhagini-Sircar (p. 191, n. 5) suggests restoring bhagininaṁ.samudaṁnikasasamudaṁnikāyacaṁda reads two anusvāras in the lacuna. Restore caṁdasaṁmaṁna-.patu-It is tempting to restore this word to pituchā.i iiiya ignored the trace of an i vowel on what must have been an 11th line.
