Hail! The Glorious priṭhvīvallabha the great king of the kings, the supreme Lord, paramabhaṭṭāraka, the distinctive mark of Satyāśraya family, the ornament of Cāḷukya.

The victorious reign of the Glorious Tribhuvanamalladēva keep increasing its prosperity further and further as long as the moon, the sun, and stars keep shedding their light.

Hail! Śaka 994 paridhāvi year, Sunday 13th day of the puśya month, in the winter solstice, when the sun gradually moves from south to north.

Māḷa-gāvuṇda, Nāgavaṁ-gāvuṇda, Dāsa-gāvuṇda and Haḷḷa-gāvuṇda, these four chieftains have given a gift to Śrīkallidēva of the venerable village Kūṇṭaka making dhārāpurvaka to Cikkaṟapaṇdita; Kuḍiyamasaṭṭi, son of Miḷḷisaṭṭiya has given to the God Namadivi a house to the north from Nakharēśvaradēva temple and one oil-mill.

The village has given three temples to Kalvi-dēva-svāmi, Mādēsvara, Kāmesvara-dēva. a donation for a bundle of hundreds betel leaves, crop for a bundle of 200 betel leaves, a crop for a bundle of 300 betel leaves, one vīsa and one kāṇi, half vīsa for the soppu herbs, one mattar of garden flower to the east of Aḍḍagāredēva temple, one mattar for a garden of betel and a sūṃdiya to the lower side/ east of deep lake for the food offering to the God; 250 kamma in front of white land rice land and twelve mattars to work on the east of the Hakkanakeṟeya white land
