This charter records a krayaśāsana (line 4 and line 17) which means a "deed of purchase" and indicates acutally a sale deed. It was transacted when Narendradhavala was the king of Gomuṇḍā-maṇḍala Prose except for 6 customary verses in line 19-28 which are hopelessly defective due to the writer's inadvertance or to the considerable influence of the local pronunciation. (Acharya2014 p418)

Sircar EI28 : findspot unknown. Line 28 contains the maṅgalam 'let there be peace to the cow, the Brāhmaṇa and the world as well as to the king'.
