dara-dānaṁ viniścitya mātā-pitror ātmanaś ca puṇya-yaśo 'bhivr̥ddhaye tāmra-śāsanenā
kariīkr̥tya pratipādita ĪIty avagatya samūucita-bhogārthaṁ mātā-pitror
vr̥ddhaye tāmra-śāsanenākarīkr̥tya pratipādita Ity avagatya samucita-bhoga-bhāga-kara-hira
ṇyādikam upanayadbhir bhavadbhiḥ sūukhena prativastavyam iti. bhāviśbhiś ca bhūpatibhir ddattir iyam asma
dīyā dharmma-gauravād asmad-atnurodhāc ca sva-dattir ivātnupālanīyā. tathā coktaṁ dharmmaśāstre.

niyataṁ svargga-gāminau.

rayateed yas tu
manda-vbuddhis tamo-vr̥taḥ

pāśais tīiryag-yonīṇiñ ca gacchati.
sva-dattāṁ para-dattām vā
yo haretita vasūundharāṁ
sa viṣṭhāyāṁ kr̥mir bhūtvā
pitr̥bhiḥ saha pacyate.
Ādityo varuṇo viṣṇuḥ
vabrahmā somo hutāśanaḥ
śūlapāṇis ca bhagaṁvārn
abhinanda

sāmānyo 'yaṁ dharmma-setur nr̥pāṇāṁ
kāle kāle pālaniīyo bhavadbhiḥ
