ḻaccinacaṇḍu K. V. Subrahmanya Aiyer states in a footnote that it has to be read °vaṇḍu.

K. V. Subrahmanya Aiyer states that below that inscription there is another one in slightly later characters2132.

The inscription was noted in A. R. No. 154 of 1899 and first published by K. V. Subrahmanya Aiyer with few information and without picture and translation (212-213593).
