Bibliographical reference : S. Tripathy JESI 7 1980 120-127. Acharya 32388 : " invocatory verse oṃ namaḥ viśuddhajñānadehāyaḥ traivedīdivyacakṣuṣe | śreyaprāptinimittāyaḥ namaḥ satvārthatyāyine ||" There are 6 customary verses. 'The two verses written in lines 18 20 are not usually met in the epigraphical literature of India" ; Acharya 33388:" only charter of Gayātuṅga in which the ruler is described as paramasaugata a buddhist title while in his other plates as well as in the plates of Vinītatuṅga the rulers assumed the śaivite title of paramamāheśvara. It may be said that the charter was issued earlier than the other three plates of Gayāḍatuṅga" For this last part of the note, I am wondering how Acharya knows that this charter was issued before the others because there is no date.
