|| yām̃ pom̃ ku śrī jayasim̃havarmmadeva pu cim̃ śrī harideva vuḥ di dharmma 1181
|| The form of the opening sign, ignored in previous publications, is uncommon, but it is found also in the nearly contemporary inscription C. 118. vuḥ Neither Aymonier nor Finot notes that there is no u visible on the facsimile. Verification of the BnF estampage confirms that this element was involuntarily omitted not by the scribe but by the person who made the eye-copy. 1181 1191

His majesty Śrī Jayasiṁhavarmadeva, prince Śrī Harideva, has gifted this for the sake of dharma. Era of the Śaka king 1181 = 1259/60 C.E..

Sa majesté Śrī Jayasiṁhavarmadeva, prince Śrī Harideva, a offert ceci en vue du dharma. Ère du roi des Śaka 1181 = 1259/60 de n.è..

Other interpretations of the expression vuḥ di dharmma are imaginable, for instance has given to the monument, with dharma in its concrete sense nearly equivalent to temple. But the occurrence of the expression utsāha di dharmma ṅan śivabhakti in C. 95, face A, l. 12, apparently meaning making efforts for the sake of dharma and devotion to Śiva, suggests the sense assumed here.
