In the year of the Śaka-king 977: that was the time that the manifestation of Īśvara, namely Y.P.K. Śrī Parameśvaradeva, of the lineage of Uroja, who was the universal king in this land of Campā, that he re-established the deity of this monastery of the royal family. Also, he rendered glittering that tower which was abandoned, in order that jeṅ everything be new. He gave personnel with cows, buffaloes, rice fields, and all utensils upakaraṇa according to the cult of the gods, the worship of the gods, here nim̃ for eternity.

Dans l’année du roi des Śaka 977 : c'est alors que la manifestation d’Īśvara que voici, le Y.P.K. Śrī Parameśvaradeva, de la lignée d’Uroja, qui était le roi universel dans ce pays de Campā, quil réinstalla le dieu de ce monastère de la famille royale. En outre, il rendit brillante cette tour qui était abandonnée, pour que tout soit fait neuf. Il donna des gens avec des bovidés, des buffles, des rizières, et tous les ustensils upakaraṇa selon le culte divin, la vénération des dieux, ici nim̃ pour l'éternité.
