tr̥ dr̥m̃ vrata tam̃l· mahāvr̥ddha sidaḥ yām̃ pom̃ ku śrī jaya siṅhavarmmadeva parita śaśadhara madā

The text is too fragmentary to be translated. In line 1, it seems to speak of 'undertaking a vow until very old' (dr̥m̃ vrata tam̃l· mahāvr̥ddha). In line 3, the inscription shows the last part of a chronogram, paritaśaśadhara, which unfortunately only reveals the figure for the thousands (śaśadhara, meaning 'moon', denotes the value 1).
