. 969 Ekādaśiī ket· caitra nu kaṁmrateṅ· jagat· śriī vr̥ddheśvara ta tā ta vātra Āya śrī nr̥patīndrapura neḥ gi roḥha kalpaṇā vraḥ kamrate·· śrī nr̥patindravarmma .

The inscription was reported to be in situ in Prasat Banteay Toap by Michel Tranet on 20 September 1999. However, Vong Sotheara and his team could not find it during the visit to the temple in April 2006.

Edited by Sotheara Vong (261-263) in Roman and Khmer scripts with a Khmer translation; the variants of reading are taken from both the Roman and Khmer scripts.
