Bhavaśānti and Ku Taptep together with a child, Vā Samudra and Ku Dhan together with a child, Vā Hitāṅkara and Ku Saṁqap together with a child, Ku Saṁtoy, Ku Kañcop. They are the people which are given to the shrine. Those who harm them will fall in the hell of Avīci with their mothers and fathers to the seventh generation.

There are traces of letters before line 1 and after line 6.

There is a floral decoration on the top of the stela and a line of circles above and below the text.

Philip Jenner (263) translates the lines 4-6 as follows: "Persons who harm them, they and their fathers and mothers to the seventh generation, - the Avīci hell is the place into which they shall fall".
