Unpublished Claude Jacques' translation: "1114 śaka, auguste présent de Monseigneur Śrī Jayavarman-deva aux dieux de l’hôpital (situé) près de Vīrendrapura". He doubted the presence of the word sruk.

According to Dominique Soutif, one shall read 1115 Śaka.
