la construction du stoupa oriental du Chêdei Tuntœm, sur la colline de Preah Reach Troap,

Sâmdach Preah Nreay Reacheathipadei Preah Ang Eng, roi

du Cambodge qui était le père du roi Preah Uteyreachea. Il Preah Ang Eng naquit en l'année du Serpent cinquième de la décade,

1773 de l'ère chrétienne. Après trois ans de règne, il mourut

en l'année du Naga huitième de la décade, en 1796, à l'âge de 24 ans.

Cette stèle en pierre a été érigée sur l'ordre de Sa Majesté Sisowath, roi

du Cambodge, en l'année du Serpent

neuvième de la décade, 1917 de l'ère chrétienne.
