In three anuṣṭubh verses, this inscription records the installation of an image of Viṣṇu by Pṛthivīpaṇḍita, a relative of Yajñāvarāha, in the northern tower of the temple-complex of Banteay Srei.

Six lines engraved on the southern doorjamb of the northern sanctuary-tower of the complex of Banteay Srei.

prabhaviṣṇor Finot marks that he has supplied bhav, but the v of prabhaviṣṇor is visible on the EFEO estampage n. 424.
