916 Śaka, douzième jour de la lune décroissante d'Aśvayuja, samedi, fut promulguée cette ordonnance.

Avec le maître des liens qui est le meilleur de ses attributs, le Créateur lie le puissant Indra ou: le chef d'armée qui a pour panier la terre ornée du disque de la pleine lune, qui donne l'eau ayant pour réceptable l'atmosphère, qui a pour base les quatre océans et qui est rempli de joyaux .

Sa gloire d'une immense étendue, si elle avait une fissure, ne mériterait assurément pas d'occuper les trois mondes.

Ceux qui mènent à la destruction cette œuvre vont immédiatement en enfer, dans le terrible Avīci, avec leurs parents de même clan et de même famille.

Les hommes qui font prospérer leur œuvre ou celle d'autrui résident au ciel aussi longtemps que le soleil et la lune.

La rizière Vār Paryyaṅ se composant de quatre parcelles achetée par le khloñ vala à - khen, est offerte au V. K. A. Śivalinga. La rizière à l'est de la route, achetée par le khloñ vala à Loñ Vidyāśiva, est offerte au V. K. A. Śivaliṅga. La rizière au nord du dieu et contiguë au dharmālaya se composant de 3 parcelles est offerte au V. K. A. Śivaliṅga.
