The lettering is characteristic of the seventh century CE. The letters of the Sanskrit portion are smaller than those of the Khmer portion and are compressed in order to accomodate the long meter sragdharā of twenty-one syllables in each pāda.

Mercure et le Soleil dans la Balance, la Lune avec Jupiter dans le Sagittaire, Vénus dans le Scorpion, Saturne dans le Capricorne, une nuit du mois de Kārttika, sous le nakṣatra Paurvāṣāḍha, en l'année comptée par les 6 saveurs et la quinzaine claire, Brahmaśakti a érigé ici un bon liṅga.

Les habitations de ces serfs et ces rizières réunissent les revenus affectés à la divinité avec ceux de la divinité et des habitations dépendant de Bhagavat Śaṅkarakīrti.
