The text is fragmentary. Only 13 lines l. 5-17 on face A, 14 lines l. 2-15 on face B, 12 lines l. 3-14 on face C and 19 lines l. 1-18 on face D remain.

Restitutions are based on the almost identical inscriptions K. 209, K. 368, K. 386, K. 435, K. 667, K. 1115, K. 1170 and K. 1521.

There is no space between the pādas a and b.
