La victoire est au dieu qui porte le croissant de la lune à son diadème; qui se manifeste par le développement infini des trois qualités, Śiva, à la fois le principe des êtres et lui-mêmes sans principe et sans fin.

Le deva Śrī-Īśānavarman fut le maître de la terre, l'égal de Śakra par la force, semblable à Hari par sa splendeur.

Par la grâce de ce roi des rois, parcourant le cercle entier des régions, lui dont la gloire, après avoir attaqué la gloire de ses rivaux, s'est arrêtée dans sa course rapide.

Lui, le seigneur de Tāmrapura, que voici, qui longtemps a fait l'ornement de ses pieds des trois villes de Cakrāṅkapura, Amoghapura et Bhīmapura.

C'est par lui, désireux d'augmenter sa gloire, qu'ont été érigés selon les préceptes, avec foi et pour rester debout aussi longtemps que la terre, ces deux dieux adorés par les sages, Hari et Śaṅkara.

The text is inscribed on the two faces of a flat stela. The face A is considerably damaged. The face B is less damaged.

Regarding the term dīrgghaṁ, the sibscript -gha has the two vertical stokes descending at the same level. It is similar to that in K. 1239 l. 14, and different from that in K. 154 l. A3, the right vertical stroke of which descends at lower level than the left one..
