Sa Majesté Sisowath, roi du Cambodge

construisit le temple et célébra la cérémonie d'implantation des bornes,

et inaugura ce vihea Atharoeh, situé dans la province de Sâmraong

Tông, en compagnie de Sâmdach Preah Moha Sângha

Neayuak Teang qui s'occupait personnellement des travaux de construction

du sanctuaire commencés depuis le règne de Sa Majesté

Norodom, roi du Cambodge. Ces travaux ont été réalisés grâce

au budget du trésor royal et aux dons du peuple khmer.

Par les mérites acquis, nous souhaitons que dans les vies futures rencontrer le Bouddha

et atteindre le nirvana.
