Aṅgāra- Aṅgara- tuṅle Damais commented on the ṣaḍvāra extensively, identifying tuṅlai and vurukuṅ as only options, but finding it more prudent to leave a lacuna in his edition, as it is hard to be sure which word was engraved. pamaḍi-hyaṁṅan· pamapi hyaṁ ṅan· lākhalila kuAi kubdha ḍiparbuAt· ḍiparbvat·

Hail! Elapsed Śaka year 749, month of Jyeṣṭha, eighth tithi of the waxing fortnight, Tuesday, Tuṅle (?), Pahiṅ. That was when the wife of ḍaṅ Puhavaṅ Gəlis, named 1 1 damar box 4 deity paddy boxes 1 curi Such were the tokens of devotion of ḍaṅ Puhavaṅ Gəlis. The witnesses to it were: ḍa punta Lākha; ḍa punta , hyaṅ guru gavai, It was written along with him. It was made ḍaṅ Puhavaṅ Gəlis, as a mark of his not forgetting his benefice.
