Neat script with mildly elongated virāma (spanning two akṣaras), the baseline and topline perfectly parallel.

A small bird in flight is drawn in the left margin of the recto. The bird species could be either a parrot or a phoenix, compare with similar emblems on Tirah and even more strikingly Pamintihan.

Let it be known by those who collect tuturun ('tithing', following Issatriadi?) contributions, all of the different types of people who collect the tuturun from the aṅarəmba religious people, namely the paṅalasan, the parambəkəl, the paṅalasan, the parambəkəl, the mantri, the uṇḍahagi: Our order with regard to the ṅarəmba among the deva-r̥ṣi, all of the relatives (or brotherhood?) at Marinchi, is.

It is to the effect i rehanya that they should be exempt from tuturun contributions, any kind of tuturun that is a titisara from the royal compound. They are exempt from padadah, patatar, pavivaha (contribution for mariages), pasahang, pabata, palantaran, pakamas ("pajak pembuatan perhiasan dari emas"), papiṅgan ("pajak pembuatan piring pinggan"), pavsi, papañjalin (pajak penjalin).
