rājasanāgara rājasanagara rajasanagara Ikaṁ pañji kunjanji kaṁ pañji Boechari omits the punctuation sign following the preceding word tuha-tuha. paāduka śrī tribhuvanottuṅgarājadevī The elements of titulature found l. 3-4 leave no doubt as to the identity of the royal figure serving as maṅgalyājñā to the king issuing this grant, namely Rājasanagara or Hayam Vuruk. Jayaviṣṇuvarddhanī and dyaḥ Gitārja occur as Tribhuvanā's royal consecration and personal birth names in numerous inscriptions including the Canggu charter (l.1r5-1v1), the stelas of Geneng II (l.3) and Prapañcasārapura (l.4-5). °viṣṇuvārddhanī °viṣṇuvārddhanā> rājñyābhiṣekā rājñyābhiṣeka pvāmatya- vāmatya Boechari omits the punctuation sign following the preceding word °abhiṣeka. The meaning of this compound must be along the same lines as raṇaprathita-mantri-nirjjita-nr̥pāntaropāyana-surāṅgaṇo- in the Canggu inscription. sthāpita ṅkāne ne Compare with the Canggu inscription, l.1r6-1v1: sthāpita ṅkāne nagare kahuripan, dyaḥ śrī gītārjjā, sākṣăd arddharājaparameśvarī,. sākṣad arddha-rāja- sākṣaṅarddharaja- Boechari omits the punctuation sign following the preceding word gitārjja. nagara One would rather expect bhaṭāra in this context, as per the Canggu inscription 1v1, muAṁ pāduka bhaṭāra śrī kr̥tavarddhanabhupālaka.

inheriting the title of his ancestors, namely the byname pañji Paṅalah Means to defeat, under the auspices of the order of Her Majesty the Illustrious queen Tribhuvanottuṅgarāja Jayaviṣṇuvarddhanī by her royal consecration name,

The date of the inscription: presumably datable to the beginning of the reign of Hayam Vuruk, in view of the numerous similarities observed particularly with the inscription of Canggu, and perhaps the importance awarded to the titles of Rājasanagara's parents. In any case to be dated before the death of Tribuvana (1372 CE).

Intesresting elements of titulature: pañji paṅalah, [bhre] kahuripan, dyah Gitārja.

Style: use of long learned Sanskrit compounds to extol the royal figures.
