I saka 1381

In 1381 Śaka.

This stone was probably among the group of sixteen inscribed stones at Pasru Jambe reported by Soekmono (). It seems that no attempt was made to decipher their contents until the first readings published by Sukarto Atmodjo (). This author identified three inscriptions bearing the date 1381 Śaka. This inscription is probably the one he examined at the University of Jember, as it fits precisely the dimensions that he gives. These inscriptions were republished in a later survey by a team from the Pusat Penelitian Arkeologi Nasional (). Re-edited here by Arlo Griffiths & Marine Schoettel from pictures taken by Nigel Bullough and Arlo Griffiths (2011).
