This manuscript consists of 36 folios of lontar leaves, each measuring 34.3 × 3 cm, four lines per folio. The sequential order of the folios has been disturbed. The foliation, running from 1 to 34, is indicated by Old Sundanese numerals placed in the left margin on the verso side. The state of preservation of this manuscript is relatively good, although it contains two cracked leaves.
