This repository contains proprietary and confidential code.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of this
software, via any medium, is strictly prohibited without prior
written permission from eSystems.

1. Definitions
   “Software” means all source code, object code, scripts, configuration files,
   documentation, and other materials contained in this repository.
   “eSystems” means eSystems Nordic Oy.

2. Ownership
   The Software is and remains the exclusive property of eSystems. No title or
   ownership rights are transferred to any party by accessing or possessing the
   Software.

3. License Grant
   No license is granted by this file. Any rights to use, copy, modify, compile,
   run, test, distribute, host, or otherwise exploit the Software must be
   expressly granted in a separate written agreement executed by eSystems.
   In the absence of such an agreement, all rights are reserved.

4. Restrictions
   Without a written agreement from eSystems, you must not:
   (a) use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease,
       lend, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
   (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code,
       except to the limited extent required by applicable law and only after
       providing prior written notice to eSystems;
   (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels.

5. Confidentiality
   The Software and any related information are the confidential information of
   eSystems. You must protect such information with at least the same degree of
   care you use to protect your own confidential information, and in no event less
   than reasonable care.

6. Third-Party Components
   The Software may include or link to third-party software governed by separate
   licenses. Those licenses control to the extent of any conflict with this License.
   You are responsible for complying with any such third-party terms.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND
   “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS,
   IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES
   OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ESYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR
   ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
   OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
   OF SUCH DAMAGES. ESYSTEMS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE
   SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 100.

9. Termination
   Any rights you may have (if any) to access or use the Software terminate
   immediately upon notice from eSystems. Upon termination, you must cease all
   use and destroy all copies of the Software and related materials.

10. Export and Compliance
   You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export,
   sanctions, and data protection laws, in connection with any use of the Software.

11. Governing Law and Venue
   This License and any dispute arising out of or related to the Software shall be
   governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The
   exclusive venue shall be the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
