I don't think it would be worth the effort setting such system up - it doesn't appear there are any users pushing the posting limits with anything of urgency.

Perhaps down the track, it could be something that becomes a perk of the Special Membership; but as it stands, I'd say it would cost more to constuct then fees it was generate.
