[ABSTAIN] I am a bit conflicted. Liquidity on Mainnet is very important because that is where most volume for DONUTs occurs, do we really want to reduce incentives there?? However this frees treasury for Arbitrum stuff, it is a low-risk parity play. I don't know xD.
