# GlobalCheckUser
Based on the MediaWiki extension CheckUser by Tim Starling and Aaron Schulz. Global CheckUser was made for Miraheze to trace the IP adresses of editors across a wiki-farm and to prevent sockpuppetry.
# Installation
To begin the installation of Global CheckUser you must enable the extension across all wikis. We can do this by adding 'GlobalCheckUser' it to the list of extensions in GlobalExtensions.php
