This License applies to **Fai’s Mythical Monstrosities** ("the Work"), including all code, assets, models, textures, animations, data files, concepts, and any material distributed with the Work.

By downloading, installing, or using the Work, you agree to the terms below.

## 1. Definitions

- **Owner** - *Faixi*, the creator and copyright holder.  
- **Work** - all files, assets, and content included with this mod/datapack.  
- **Commercial Use** - any use that involves payment, revenue, donations, ads, or monetization.  
- **Public Server** - any multiplayer server accessible to people outside your own private gameplay.

## 2. What You Are Allowed To Do

You may:

- Download the Work.  
- Install and use it for **personal, private, non-commercial** gameplay.

These permissions are limited and non-transferable.

## 3. What You Are *Not* Allowed To Do (Without Permission)

You may **not**, under any circumstance, unless you have written permission or a purchased license:

- Use the Work on a **public** or **monetized** server.  
- Use the Work for **any commercial purpose**.  
- Redistribute, reupload, or rehost the Work or any part of it.  
- Include the Work in any **modpack** without explicit approval.  
- Edit, modify, or create derivative works from the Work.  
- Extract or reuse assets, models, code, textures, or data.  
- Claim ownership or authorship of any part of the Work.  
- Use the Work in AI datasets, training, generation, or similar systems.

## 4. Credit

If you are using the Work in any allowed way and credit is appropriate, you must credit the Owner exactly as:

## 5. Termination of Permission

Your permission to use the Work ends immediately if:

- You break **any** of the rules above.  
- You try to bypass or ignore the License.  
- You remove copyright notices.

If terminated, you must delete the Work and stop using it entirely.  
The Owner may take further action in cases of copyright infringement.

## 6. No Warranty

The Work is provided *"as is."*  
The Owner is not responsible for:

- Data loss  
- Crashes  
- Compatibility issues  
- Damage caused by the Work in any form

Use the Work at your own risk.

## 7. Paid Licenses (Commercial / Server Use)

Running the Work on a public server or using it commercially requires a **paid license** or written permission from the Owner.

To purchase a license, contact **Faixi** through the platforms where the Work is officially distributed (e.g., Discord, Modrinth, or other linked profiles).

## 8. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of **Saudi Arabia**, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
