# CellSet Terms of Use

CellSet provides on-device tools to record and review AA/AAA rechargeable-battery sets, states, assignments, charge history, and user-entered measurements.

The free version supports up to four sets. CellSet Pro is a non-renewing, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited sets and long-term capacity charts. The purchase screen shows the price and Apple charges the user's Apple Account. Apple's procedures govern restoration and refunds.

CellSet is not a measuring instrument, safety device, or battery diagnostic service. Displayed values organize observations entered by the user and do not guarantee safety, health, remaining charge, or suitability of a grouping. Always follow instructions from the battery, charger, and device manufacturers.

Misuse, reverse engineering, disruption, and unlawful conduct are prohibited. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the app.
