# HomeCycle Terms of Use

## 1. Acceptance

These terms govern use of the HomeCycle iOS app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

## 2. Service

HomeCycle lets you manage deadlines and repeat intervals for user-created cleaning, replacement, inspection, shopping, and other household items on your device.

## 3. Free plan

The free plan supports up to five items, the latest ten completion records, and due-date notifications. Limits may change, but stored data will not be deleted without notice.

## 4. HomeCycle Pro

HomeCycle Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited items, full completion history, and the Home Care Report.

- The price is shown before confirmation and charged to your Apple Account.
- The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- You can restore an eligible purchase from within the app.

## 5. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse or reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of law or public policy.

## 6. Disclaimer

HomeCycle is an everyday planning aid. Do not rely solely on its notifications or displays for fire safety, medical, or other safety-critical inspections; follow manufacturer instructions and professional guidance. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the app.

Apple's [Standard End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.
