# KnobCue Support Last updated: July 25, 2026 ## Getting Started 1. In Board, add physical pedals from input to output. 2. Add knobs and switches in the same order as the physical pedal. 3. In Songs, save bypass states and control positions. 4. Create a setlist and choose Open Live Mode. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### How are knob positions recorded? KnobCue represents a common pedal sweep from 7:00 to 5:00 in clock notation. Choose the position that most closely matches the physical control. ### Does KnobCue operate my pedals? No. KnobCue does not connect to equipment through MIDI or Bluetooth. Review the cue and make every physical change yourself. ### Does my data sync? No. The current version stores data on device. Deleting the app also deletes that data. ### Is KnobCue Pro a subscription? No. It is a ¥900 one-time purchase that removes the library limits. It does not renew. ### How do I restore my purchase? Choose Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for purchase. ## Contact Include your device, iOS version, and the steps that produced the issue, then [open a support issue](https://github.com/fanshengshangmai24-gif/knobcue-public-pages/issues/new).
