# NEON BALL - Gizlilik Politikasi

Bu politika, NEON BALL mobil oyununun kisisel verileri nasil ele aldigini aciklar.

## 1. Hesap yok, kayit yok

Oyunu oynamak icin hesap acmaniz, e-posta vermeniz veya herhangi bir kisisel bilgi girmeniz gerekmez. Sizden ad, e-posta, telefon numarasi, konum veya rehber bilgisi istemiyoruz ve toplamiyoruz.

## 2. Oyun ilerlemeniz nerede tutuluyor

Bolum ilerlemeniz, yildizlariniz, altin ve elmaslariniz, actiginiz toplar ve ayarlariniz yalnizca kendi cihazinizda saklanir. Bu veriler bizim sunucularimiza gonderilmez; zaten oyunun kendisine ait bir sunucu yoktur. Uygulamayi cihazinizdan silerseniz bu veriler de silinir ve geri getirilemez.

## 3. Reklamlar

Oyun ucretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafindan sunulur. AdMob, ilgi alanina dayali reklam gosterebilmek icin asagidaki verileri isleyebilir:

- Reklam tanimlayicisi (IDFA / Reklam Kimligi) - reklam kisisellestirme ve olcumleme
- Cihaz ve baglanti bilgisi (model, isletim sistemi, dil, yaklasik bolge) - uygun reklam secimi
- Reklam etkilesimi (gosterim, tiklama, izlenen odullu reklam) - olcumleme ve sahtecilik onleme

## 4. Takip izni ve riza

iOS'ta, reklam tanimlayicinizin takip amaciyla kullanilabilmesi icin uygulama size izin penceresi gosterir. Izin vermezseniz oyun tam olarak calismaya devam eder; yalnizca gordugunuz reklamlar kisisellestirilmemis olur.

Avrupa Birligi ve Birlesik Krallik'taki kullanicilara, GDPR kapsaminda Google'in riza formu (UMP) gosterilir. Rizanizi istediginiz zaman degistirebilirsiniz.

Cihaz ayarlarindan reklam takibini tamamen kapatabilirsiniz: Ayarlar - Gizlilik ve Guvenlik - Izleme.

## 5. Uygulama ici satin alma

Bu surumde uygulama ici satin alma bulunmamaktadir. Ileride eklenirse odeme islemleri tamamen Apple tarafindan yurutulur; kart veya odeme bilgilerinize hicbir sekilde erisimimiz olmaz.

## 6. Cocuklar

NEON BALL 13 yasin altindaki cocuklara yonelik olarak tasarlanmamistir ve bilerek 13 yas alti kullanicilardan veri toplamayiz.

## 7. Haklariniz

Cihazinizda tutulan tum oyun verilerini uygulamayi silerek kaldirabilirsiniz. Reklam tanimlayicinizi cihaz ayarlarindan sifirlayabilir veya takibi kapatabilirsiniz. GDPR ve KVKK kapsamindaki talepleriniz icin asagidaki adresten bize ulasabilirsiniz.

## 8. Degisiklikler

Bu politika guncellenebilir. Onemli bir degisiklik oldugunda bu sayfadaki son guncelleme tarihi degisir.

# NEON BALL - Privacy Policy

## 1. No accounts

NEON BALL requires no account, e-mail address or personal information to play. We do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, location or contacts.

## 2. Where your progress is stored

Level progress, stars, coins, gems, unlocked balls and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us; the game has no server of its own. Deleting the app deletes this data permanently.

## 3. Advertising

The game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your advertising identifier (IDFA), device and connection information, and ad interaction data in order to select and measure ads. We neither see nor store this data; it is processed directly by Google.

## 4. Tracking permission and consent

On iOS you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, the game works exactly the same; only the ads become non-personalised. Users in the EU and UK are shown Google's GDPR consent form (UMP). You can change your choice at any time.

## 5. In-app purchases

This version contains no in-app purchases. Should they be added later, all payments are handled by Apple; we never have access to your payment details.

## 6. Children

NEON BALL is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

## 7. Your rights

You can remove all game data by deleting the app. You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off tracking in your device settings.

## 8. Changes

This policy may be updated; the last updated date above will change.
