INFORMATION WE DO NOT REQUIRE The App does not require users to create an account. We do not ask users to provide their full name, email address, phone number, home address, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, or precise location in order to use the main features of the App. 3. INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE Some information is stored locally on your device to make the App work properly and preserve your game progress. This may include: * Player names entered by the user, such as Player A and Player B; * Selected language and theme preferences; * Music and sound preferences; * Hearts balance; * Daily reward status; * Daily special dare status; * Daily Chemistry Board progress; * Couple streak progress; * Unlocked badges; * Heart Economy activity usage; * Party Mode scores and local game progress; * Premium unlock status. This information is used to provide app functionality and improve the user experience inside the App. This local information remains on your device unless processed by third-party services described in this Privacy Policy. 4. ADVERTISING The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. These may include banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Users may choose to watch a rewarded ad in order to receive in-app rewards, such as hearts. Rewarded ads are not required to use the basic features of the App. Google AdMob may collect and process certain information, which may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic data, crash-related data, and ad performance data. IN-APP PURCHASES AND PREMIUM FEATURES The App may offer a one-time Premium upgrade through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment processing, refunds, purchase validation, and transaction records are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies. 7. IN-APP HEARTS, REWARDS, BADGES, AND STREAKS The App includes virtual in-app items and progress features such as hearts, rewards, badges, streaks, Daily Chemistry Board progress, Heart Economy activities, Party Mode progress, and premium activity unlocks. Hearts and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the App. 8. DATA SHARING We do not sell your personal information. Certain information may be processed by third-party service providers used in the App, including: * Google AdMob, for advertising and rewarded ads; * Google Firebase, for analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting; * Google Play Billing, for in-app purchases.
