ExeBundle is **proprietary, binary-only software**.

This summary is provided for convenience only.

## Free Usage Is Permitted For

- **Any non-commercial use**, including:
  - Private and personal use
  - Educational and academic use
  - Non-profit organizational use
  - Internal testing, evaluation, and proof-of-concepts

Non-commercial use means no revenue generation, paid services,
or commercial advantage.

## A Commercial License Is Required For

- **Any commercial use**, including:
  - Production or operational use
  - Revenue-generating or paid services
  - Use in production systems or CI/CD pipelines
  - Distribution as part of a commercial product or offering

Commercial use means any use intended to generate revenue,
commercial advantage, or monetary compensation, directly or indirectly.

## Source Code

- The source code is **not public**
- The software is provided **in binary form only**

## Redistribution

Redistribution of the unmodified binaries is permitted
for non-commercial purposes, provided that:

- No fee is charged for the software itself
- The license text is included
- The software is not used as part of a commercial offering
