1. SCOPE

This software ("Software") is provided in binary form only.
The source code is not provided and remains proprietary.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

This license governs the use of the Software commonly referred to as
the "Community Edition".

2. DEFINITIONS

"Private Use" means use by a natural person for personal,
non-commercial purposes.

"Educational Use" means use by students, teachers, or educational
institutions solely for teaching, learning, training, or academic
research purposes.

"Testing Purposes" means use of the Software solely for internal
evaluation, testing, proof-of-concept, benchmarking, or compatibility
assessment, without productive, operational, or revenue-generating use.

"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software that is intended to
generate revenue, commercial advantage, or monetary compensation,
directly or indirectly, including use as part of paid products,
services, or customer-facing offerings.

Non-profit organizations may use the Software free of charge,
provided that such use is strictly non-commercial and does not involve
any form of revenue generation, paid services, or commercial advantage.

3. GRANT OF LICENSE

Permission is hereby granted to use the Software free of charge

4. RESTRICTIONS

The following uses are NOT permitted under this license:

a) Commercial Use of the Software.

c) Distribution of the Software for commercial purposes,
   or as part of a paid product, service, or offering.
d) Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the Software,
   except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.

5. REDISTRIBUTION

Redistribution of the unmodified Software in binary form
is permitted free of charge, provided that:

b) No fee is charged for the Software itself.
c) This license text is included and remains unmodified.

6. COMMERCIAL LICENSING
