Splits every permitted attachment into its own item, preserves its binary data, uploads it and reads it back to check the stored name and folder.\n\n1. Install **n8n-nodes-folderit 0.4.0 or later**. [Setup guide](https://www.folderit.com/knowledge-base/connect-folderit-to-n8n/)\n2. In **New email with attachments**, create/select an IMAP credential with TLS and enter your intake mailbox. Follow your mail provider's app-password/OAuth requirements.\n3. Open **Settings** and replace both UIDs; edit the allowed extensions.\n4. Select a **Folderit OAuth2 API** credential in both Folderit nodes. The API client needs upload and read access to that destination.\n5. Test with one small synthetic attachment and confirm its contents in Folderit before publishing/activating.",
