Set your real sender, recipient and HTTPS n8n instance origin in Settings. The sender must be permitted by your mail provider.\n\nSave this workflow. In EACH main workflow, open **⋯ → Settings → Error workflow**, choose this workflow and save. Create a controlled failure in an ACTIVATED test workflow and check the actual recipient mailbox. Manual executions do not automatically invoke Error Trigger.\n\nThis workflow sends only names/IDs and a same-origin execution link. It omits raw errors, stack traces, document content, API tokens and signed storage links. Trigger failures may not have an execution ID. Monitor SMTP delivery separately; an alert workflow can itself fail.",
