These Terms and Conditions (aka "Terms") are the rules for using our app, where you can send text prompts to AI models. By using Villson, you agree to these rules. If you don't, please don't use the app. 1. Using the App What You Can Do: Use Villson to send prompts or files to AI models we connect you to, like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. What You Can't Do: Don't use the app for anything illegal, harmful, or against the AI providers' rules. No hacking, spamming, uploading viruses, generating CSAM, harassing others, infringing copyrights, scraping our service, or trying to break/reverse-engineer the app. Your Account: You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 (16 in EU/UK) and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract. 2. Subscriptions and Payments Plans: Villson offers paid subscriptions that unlock AI features. Pricing and features are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. We bill through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web payment processor, depending on where you sign up. Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your app store account or app settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period (except as described in our Refund Policy below). Price Changes: We may change prices with reasonable notice. New prices apply at your next renewal. Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which you're responsible for. 3. Your Content Your Stuff: Prompts, files, or messages you put in are yours. You're responsible for them and for having the right to submit them. Our Role: We just pass your inputs to the AI models and don't claim ownership. But you give us permission to transmit your stuff to those AI services so they can respond. AI Outputs: Responses from AI models are provided as-is. You're responsible for how you use them. We don't guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. 4. Third-Party AI Services Villson connects you to third-party AI models. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We're not responsible for what those AI services do with your data or the content they generate. 5. Refund Policy Heads up — this one matters, because AI services cost us real money the moment you start using them. Tokens get burned, providers bill us per request, and that money doesn't come back. The rules: 24-hour, no-usage refund: You can request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase or new subscription period, only if you have not used any AI feature and consumed zero AI tokens during that period. Even a single prompt counts as usage and voids the refund. After 24 hours, or after any usage: All sales are final. No refunds, no partial credits, no pro-rated returns — regardless of how much of the period is left. Auto-renewals: Same rule applies to each renewal. If you don't want to renew, cancel before the next billing date. How to request: Email support@getvillson.today with your account email, purchase date, and order/receipt details. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. App store purchases: If you bought through Apple App Store or Google Play, their refund process may also apply — and in some cases refunds must be requested directly through them. No refunds for: Heavy usage, leftover time after cancellation, dissatisfaction with AI responses, third-party AI provider downtime or changes, or accounts terminated for Terms violations. Exceptions: We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law. EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal: Under EU law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service contract. By purchasing a subscription and starting to use Villson's AI features, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once AI usage begins. This consent is collected at checkout. If you have not used any AI feature, your statutory withdrawal right still applies within 14 days and you can request a full refund — this is broader than our standard 24-hour policy, and EU/EEA users get whichever is more favorable. 6. App Limits and Disclaimers We try to keep the app running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. No promises it's perfect, always up, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We're not liable for: data loss, AI responses being wrong/harmful/offensive, third-party AI provider outages or changes, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (e.g., for gross negligence or willful misconduct). 7. Intellectual Property The Villson app, branding, design, and code are owned by us. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app per these Terms. You can't copy, resell, sublicense, rebrand, or reverse-engineer the app. 8. Termination We can suspend or ban you if you break these rules, misuse the app, charge back payments without cause, or for prolonged inactivity. We'll try to give notice when reasonable. You can stop using Villson anytime by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. After termination, sections that should reasonably survive (payments, liability, IP, disputes) continue to apply. 9. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to sue in your home country. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. 10. Changes to Terms We might update these Terms. We'll post changes in the app and update the "Effective Date."
