# Sponsors AgentOS is Apache-2.0 and free to use. Development is funded by [Frame](https://frame.dev). If your company relies on AgentOS, sponsorship keeps it maintained and moving forward. ## What sponsorship supports Maintenance, releases, documentation, benchmarks, and new features. ## What sponsorship does not buy Sponsorship does not influence merge decisions, code review, or the roadmap. Code quality and correctness are decided on technical merit. "Partner" is used only where a written agreement says so. ## What sponsors receive Recognition, clearly labeled as sponsorship: - A logo or name in the README Sponsors and Partners sections, sized by tier. - Featured placement where it fits, such as a prominent spot in the provider list or examples, or a partner badge, labeled as a sponsor or partner. - A "Sponsored" callout in the relevant docs. - Acknowledgement in release notes. Tiers are arranged through GitHub Sponsors or directly. Ask for the current tiers. ## Disclosure Every sponsor placement is labeled as a sponsor or as sponsored. Any material connection (payment, credits, discounts, or in-kind support) is disclosed wherever the sponsor appears. This follows standard endorsement-disclosure practice. ## Accelerator and credit programs Membership in a third-party startup program, accelerator, or credit program (cloud credits, model credits, partner perks) is a relationship of the company, Frame, not a sponsorship of this repository. Such memberships are acknowledged in the README, labeled as a program. Where AgentOS uses such a service in production, it is credited as a supported provider or as "powered by," and may be featured as a partner. ## Become a sponsor Email team@frame.dev or visit [frame.dev](https://frame.dev).
