# Digital limits and physical test plan This package is a digital pre-build geometry concept. It does not validate a 3 kg load rating, strength, fatigue life, creep, impact resistance, latch reliability, print quality, dimensional accuracy, spring selection or garment safety. Before use with garments, fabricate controlled prototypes and perform: 1. Progressive static load testing at the hook and both shoulders, instrumenting permanent set and lock movement. 2. Asymmetric one-arm loading on left and right arms. 3. Repeated folding and locking cycles through the intended service-life target. 4. Lock-release force measurement and accidental-release testing under symmetric, asymmetric, inward and jostling loads. 5. Hinge wear, shoulder-screw torque and pin-retention testing. 6. Folded-state drop testing from luggage-handling heights and orientations. 7. Warm-environment creep testing at the intended polymer's worst expected service temperature. 8. Pinch-point inspection throughout motion with representative adult fingers and gloves. 9. Garment-contact edge, snag and strap-notch inspection on representative fabrics. 10. Print-orientation, layer-adhesion and dimensional-capability coupons before committing to the final prototype process. A structural analyst must define material, print process, load cases and safety factors before any load-rating claim.
