Fullfud Shaded War License (2026-02-04)

This license governs the mod known as "Fullfud Shahed mod (Shaded War)" and
any associated source, assets, and binaries ("Software"). By downloading,
building, installing, or using the Software, you accept this license.

1) Owner Rights (fullfud)
The copyright holder (fullfud) retains all rights. This license does not limit
the owner in any way. fullfud has unrestricted rights to use, modify, sell,
license, and distribute the Software.

2) Standard Permission (non-commercial use only)
Permission is granted to download, build, and use the Software solely for:
  a) personal gameplay, or
  b) non-commercial servers whose total income does not exceed the actual
     out-of-pocket cost of hosting infrastructure.

Any monetary support for such servers must be voluntary and must not grant any
in-game or out-of-game consideration beyond acknowledgement.

All other monetization is prohibited without prior written consent from
fullfud, including (but not limited to): selling ranks/items, paid access,
queue priority, sponsorships/ads, subscriptions, or bundling in paid services.

3) Redistribution
Redistribution of source or binaries is allowed only if ALL of the following
are true:
  a) this license text is included unchanged,
  b) no fees are charged except unavoidable file-hosting bandwidth costs,
  c) recipients are clearly informed of the non-commercial limitation before
     download, and
  d) attribution is provided as "Fullfud Shaded Mod by fullfud".

4) Derivative Works
Derivative works (including ports, forks, translations, and edits to gameplay,
assets, or code) are allowed only if:
  a) the resulting project inherits this license verbatim, and
  b) attribution is provided as "Fullfud Shaded Mod by fullfud".

Any change does not waive or diminish fullfud's ownership rights.

5) FrontlineMC Special License
The FrontlineMC server network is granted a perpetual, worldwide,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use, modify, and distribute the
Software (and derivative builds) within its own infrastructure, including
monetized offerings, provided that attribution to fullfud is maintained.

This permission applies only to the FrontlineMC network and its direct
operators/administrators. It does not extend to third parties or resale.

6) No Sublicense / No Transfer / No Implied Rights
Except as explicitly stated, no rights are granted. You may not sublicense,
transfer, assign, sell, lease, or otherwise convey any rights under this
license. No patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights are
granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

7) No Circumvention / No Reverse Engineering / No Removal of Notices
You may not remove, hide, or alter copyright notices, attribution, or license
terms. You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical
restrictions or license checks present in the Software. You may not reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such
restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

8) Trademarks / Endorsement
The names "fullfud", "Fullfud", "Shaded War", "Shahed", and related logos or
marks are trademarks of fullfud. You may not use these marks to imply
endorsement or sponsorship without prior written consent.

9) Compliance Requests
If fullfud reasonably believes this license is being violated, fullfud may
request confirmation of compliance. Failure to respond within seven (7) days
may be treated as a material breach.

10) Termination
Any party that violates these terms automatically loses all rights granted by
this license and must remove the Software from its systems within seven (7)
calendar days of receiving written notice. Rights may be reinstated only
through a new written license issued by fullfud.

11) Governing Law and Venue
This license is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where fullfud
primarily resides at the time of the dispute, and any legal action must be
brought in courts located in that jurisdiction.

12) Severability / No Waiver / Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in
full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. This license
constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Software and supersedes any
prior or contemporaneous communications.

13) Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT
SHALL FULLFUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
