Simulate execution and document what was performed in each phase, with a status for each phase. - **Never suggest deleting the `generated/` directory.** For generated code issues, use `bin/magento setup:di:compile`. - **Maintenance mode is non-negotiable** for deployments involving `setup:upgrade` or schema changes.
