Treat this explicit invocation as human authorization only for bounded repository-guidance edits. Require the exact current achieved and verified Schema-6 Root, Evidence, and Review chain. Call `workflow_status` before mutation and proceed only when learning is eligible.

Treat candidates as advisory until current repository proof confirms them. Trailing human text is one supplemental candidate, never a selector. Deduplicate and use existing guidance conventions.

Preserve unrelated work and report source, destination, changed paths, and proof. Learning never expands Root or harness authority. Do not change product code, grant future authority, merge, push, publish, deploy, or install.
