Call `one_ring_doctor`. Report actual CLI versions, current Node/platform, form-elicitation support, state directory and certified execution limits. Do not treat installation as authentication or readiness for coding.

Explain that Codex is the Coordinator host. Help choose Implementer and Verifier profiles from certified Workers. Preserve requested models; leaving a Worker model unspecified uses its CLI default, with no claim that an unobserved resolved model is fixed.

Do not install missing CLIs, log into accounts, change global model settings or create workflows just by running setup. Explain the needed next step if an Agent requirement is absent. One Ring and its Node runtime are built into Termexo; never ask the user to supply plugin, Node or state directories. If One Ring tools are unavailable, report the actual engine error and suggest retrying or repairing Termexo, rather than installing an external plugin.
