# Privacy Policy — PhaseFont

## Overview
PhaseFont is a browser extension that improves web typography by allowing users to replace site fonts with curated Google Fonts. We take privacy seriously.

## Data Collection
PhaseFont does **not** collect, store, or transmit any personal data, browsing history, or user-identifiable information to external servers.

## Local Storage
The extension uses Chrome's `storage.sync` API to save:
- Your selected font and typography preferences (size, weight, line height, letter spacing)
- Your list of paused sites
- Toggle state (on/off)

This data is stored locally on your device and synced through your Google account if you are signed into Chrome. We do not have access to this data.

## Third Parties
PhaseFont loads font stylesheets from **Google Fonts** (`fonts.googleapis.com` and `fonts.gstatic.com`) when a font is applied to a page. This is subject to Google's standard terms and privacy practices.

## Changes
We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Changes will be posted here.
